i inhale the fumes
putrescent
human flesh
quickly colonized by maggots
putrid human waste
the stench intoxicates
corpses deflate
i huff the decay
in the pool of fetid pus they lay
enzymes melting flesh
i breathe in the stench
gases exhaled
an aroma so sweet
an insatiable lust for putrefied meat
spewing effluvia
high off miasma

rib cage bursting into bits
tenderized esophagus
steel pounding on bone
choking as your larynx splits
thyroid gland is beaten in
upper torso pulverized
thoracic wall is open wide
gaping chest begins to gush
i stuff my face and slurp the mush
your trachea explodes
lungs detaching from both ends
sternum senselessly smashed in
mallet crunching your bones
human flesh in tiny chunks
plastic wrapped for sunday's lunch

fetid juices soaking meat
i tear off scraps from the deceased
and prep them for a blended treat
pustules bursting oozing mush
infectious flesh reduced to pulp
which brims my glass before i gulp
liquid humans drench my taste buds
gurgling the saporous pus
frantic consumption of bone dust
in my blender is putrid skin
fragmented limbs turn to a cream
a ground up purulent cuisine

gagging on bloody mucus
horrendous hemoptysis

cloaking my hands with your organs
methodically i gouge your spleen
then sprinkle it with seasoning
thinly sliced - cooked with steam
rotten juices simmering
slowly sipping boiling lymph
fluids rolling off my chin
soaked in broth - ready for stew
a pot of rotting organ soup
frenetically your spleen is chewed
i gnaw through the softened tissues

and forced to down decaying meat
gagging on a hunk of flesh
regurgitating chunks of skin
before your mouth is stuffed again
drowning yourself in acid
vomit squirts in violent spurts
spewing out half chewed innards
maggots infest festered stiffs
esophagus stretched from inside
digesting yellowed human hide
